POPIA aims to promote the protection of your personal information as processed by public or private bodies and seeks to balance the right to privacy against other rights, such as access to information. Your personal information will only be processed based on the “Order Form” filled in when signing up as a Derma Roller Systems SA or with the necessary consent provided through any voluntary, specific, and informed agreement in terms of which you gave permission for the processing of your personal information.

Orders & Payments
4.1 All prices include VAT where applicable.

4.3 You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method when you place your order.
4.4 Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Delivery
5.1 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.2 Risk passes to you once the product is delivered to the address you provided.
5.3 You agree to inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of damage or non-delivery within 48 hours.
Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Due to hygiene concerns, opened or used devices are non-returnable unless faulty. Unused, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Faulty returns are handled according to our Warranty Policy.
Warranty
All products include a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Warranty periods vary by product type and battery status (e.g., 12 months for non-battery devices and 6 months for internal battery devices). Warranty terms do not cover misuse, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear.
