Refund and Return Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to payment option you selected on checkout (PayGate) Credit Card, EFT Banking details will be requested, or PayFast.  

The original method of payment will be used for all refunds. Refunds normally take 24 to 48 hours to reflect.

Sale Products
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Our return policy is seven days.  Unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange after the seven day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and unused.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, you can email us your order number for confirmation.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, the product must be returned to Best Beauty Buys SA.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to us.
